Every PAI student begins with the foundational ABC’s – the cornerstone of superior Pilates instruction.
Anatomy
We’ve incorporated the most up-to-date technology to make learning anatomy dynamic, 3-dimensional, and engaging. Understanding the body is the foundation of safe, effective instruction.
Biomechanics
We add biomechanics to facilitate a deeper understanding of how we all move, enabling instructors to see and correct movement patterns with precision.
Cueing
The course culminates with posture, form, and alignment – how all of this affects movement patterns and how to communicate corrections effectively.
