Current Opportunities
Master Trainer
Lead our education programs and mentor the next generation of Pilates professionals. This senior role involves curriculum development, instructor training, and maintaining PAI® standards across all programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years Pilates instruction experience
- Current instructor training certification
- PAI® or equivalent credentials preferred
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Fluent in English and Tagalog instruction

Senior Instructor
Deliver premium private and semi-private sessions to our discerning clientele. Mentor junior instructors and assist with program development.
Requirements:
- 3+ years comprehensive Pilates experience
- Comprehensive certification
- 1000+ hours of private pilates teaching experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional client service approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct private, semi-private, and small group classes
- Mentor and guide junior instructors
- Assist in assessment and program design
- Maintain PAIM’s quality standards
- Support education program delivery
