Prerequisite Course

ABC: Anatomy, Biomechanics and Cueing for Posture, Form and Alignment

A foundational course covering anatomy and biomechanics, focusing on posture, alignment, and movement efficiency. You’ll learn to assess static and dynamic alignment, identify common imbalances, and use effective cueing to improve movement quality and apply safe corrective strategies for diverse clients.

Level I Certification Programs

Level I Certification covers Fundamental to Intermediate work across Mat and all Pilates equipment, focusing on safe progressions, exercise adaptation, and core teaching principles. You’ll gain the skills to create inclusive, well-balanced sessions that improve strength, mobility, alignment, and movement quality for diverse clients.

Advanced Certification

Level II Advanced Programs

Level II builds on the foundational Level I training and expands into the advanced Pilates repertoires. These programs focus on higher-level exercises, progressions, and variations, with strong emphasis on intelligent sequencing, client-specific modifications, and injury-aware teaching. You will develop the skills to confidently work with more complex bodies and movement needs.
