Foundation Course
ABP – Anatomy, Biomechanics & Posture Analysis
This course reviews the structures (bones, muscles, joints, etc.) that form the support of the human body. An emphasis will be placed on “ideal” posture and “ideal” biomechanics of each joint while helping students learn how to detect abnormalities both statically and dynamically.

Exception
Physiotherapists and medical professionals may bypass this course by taking a placement test. If you do not pass the placement test, you are required to take the full ABP course.
Level I Courses
Tiers 1-3: Fundamental through Intermediate
APM I – All Populations Mat I
What makes great buildings? Great foundations! This course teaches the first three tiers of the Pilates Mat repertoire and how to modify exercises for all age groups and fitness levels. Emphasis is placed on maintaining variety and providing small challenges while safely and effectively progressing a client to avoid monotony.

68 Exercises • Prerequisite: ABP
APR I – All Populations Reformer I
Covering the first three tiers, Fundamental through Intermediate, this course also teaches the “physics” of the reformer so students understand both the way the reformer operates and safety concerns. Emphasis is placed on differences between Pilates machine work versus regular gym equipment.

Prerequisite: ABP
APCCB I – Cadillac, Chair & Barrels I
Learn the first three tiers of exercises on the Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. The Cadillac focuses on isolated joint movements, Chair teaches efficiency and versatility, while Barrels provide support or challenge depending on the exercise.

Level II Advanced Courses
Tiers 4-5: Advanced Intermediate to Advanced • Required for PMA Certification
Advanced Mat
Teaches the intermediate and advanced exercises to complete the full Pilates Mat repertoire. Learn assessment skills and safe progression techniques.
Prerequisite: APM I

Advanced Reformer
Teaches intermediate and advanced exercises to complete the full Reformer repertoire. Learn benchmarks for client progression and advanced safety protocols.
Prerequisite: APR I

Advanced CCB
Complete the full repertoire for all specialty equipment. Master advanced exercises and learn assessment benchmarks for challenging core strength significantly.
Prerequisites: APCCB I courses
Cadillac: ₱41,800 ($730)
Barrels: ₱20,100 ($350)
USD prices for reference only. All tuition is billed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Individual courses can be taken separately or as packages.

Why this sequence? ABP provides essential foundation knowledge. APM teaches the foundation of all Pilates exercises. You can choose to take APR before APM if preferred. Level II courses require completion of corresponding Level I courses.
Advanced Mat and Advanced Reformer are necessary components for students pursuing full Pilates certification through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
