Erick
Master Trainer
Erick is a Physical Education graduate from the University of the Philippines and former varsity Judo athlete. Has held senior leadership roles including Master Trainer and National Fitness Manager, overseeing Pilates instructor development and studio operations across multiple clubs. Brings decades of international experience delivering Pilates education and advanced instructor training across Manila, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Dubai.
Morven
Master Trainer
Morven discovered Pilates while seeking relief from chronic pain and made a full career change after experiencing its benefits. She trained in Canada in 2007 and moved to Singapore to join Options Pilates. She advanced to become a STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer and PAI Master Trainer, teaching across Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and Manila. Passionate about education, she inspires students to reach their full potential. Morven believes Pilates is key for balance, stability, and overall wellness.
Katrina
Master Trainer
Katrina is a former professional ballet dancer who became a Fully Certified STOTT Pilates instructor in 2011. She built extensive teaching experience in Hong Kong, Manila and Singapore as a Certified PAI instructor, working with both private and group clients. She pursued advanced movement education to refine her teaching approach. This dedication led her to become a PAI Master Trainer, focusing on developing and mentoring future instructors. Katrina is known for her precise, supportive teaching style and high professional standards.
